Small and Elders, Mothers and Little Girls for a global eco-friendly approach. The first collection of APRIL, called Alma Mater, symbolizes spring and nature with its floral and plant design. In order to respect the Nature, the designer commits to use only natural materials that are eco-friendly : recycled fine silver 995/1000° that does not oxidize so rhodium is useless, and ethical gold extracted from mines under the control of the international organization of A.R.M. (Alliance for Responsible Mining) that bans the use of chemicals. Regarding the materials of packaging and communication, APRIL uses only organic linen, leather, cotton, recycled paper and vegetal inks. This approach comes along quite naturally with a French manufacturing, following the French know-how and the traditional craft, while guaranteeing a perfect traceability of metals. The first collection is full of feelings created for little girls and their mother.
